All series start at the Member level. We don’t really publicly critique series based on suitability for promotion.

If your previous work is hosted on another website, go ahead and upload it to MM.net and put a link in the comic description to the original comic mirror. There are forum threads where you can post links to your work to get feedback, and all of our admins are very proactive in finding new series. If your series is strong, it’ll gain a following fairly quickly and that should give you an idea of how eligible you are for promotion.
